Developing a security framework and best practice standards 'For Nigeria by Nigeria'

Discussion Series 1: Security Risk Assessment

Over recent Agora’s where we have explored the Scientific Approach to Risk Management and building a robust BCP we have unearthed the need and desire for a security framework specific to the needs of Nigeria. HSE divisions currently has a process in order to forecast risk, however at present the security sector does not currently have a document framework to devise patterns

During this initial session we will be exploring how Agora Nexus in collaboration with the network can develop and design a framework document and template for best practice and standards ‘by the Nigerian Security sector, for the Nigerian Security ‘

 

We will kick start the series of discussions with a focus on physical security risk assessment.

At the end of the series we intend to generate a template and framework that executives and organisations can use moving forward.
